本课题组主要从事微纳米尺度化学工程、人工细胞和微流控技术相关的基础研究和技术开发,具体包括:
1)人工细胞和原始细胞
2)液滴微流控技术
3)仿生功能材料 (Soft matter & Active matter)
4)液液相分离(ATPS、团聚体、DNA液滴等)
5)单细胞基因测序建库技术
主持国家自然科学基金青年项目(已结题)、面上项目、国家青年千人项目(已结题)、上海市面上项目、四川省面上项目、四川省天府峨眉计划(依托上交四川研究院)、上交绍兴研究院开放基金(已结题),共同主持上交医工交叉青年、重点项目和若干横向课题等。
